Moos Boosh was created by James Sawyer and Richard Scorer. Having sampled the gastronomic delights of festivals and events around the country, indeed the globe and generally reporting back that the experience could be better.
Moos Boosh IS better! By careful planning and presentation of
well sourced food products, many organic, some even home grown.
Served in an attractive relaxing setting at events you would least
expect to find this kind of eating experience. Pearl Lowe, with an eye
for detail and flair for design is committed to the artistic direction of
these ‘pop up’ restaurants. She brings her unique skills to the table
and helps us create that special Moos Boosh ambience.
Our restaurants are to be found at music festivals, private parties,
food markets and sporting/ social events. We can work in very small
confined space or alternatively create a large scale dining
experience for your customers that will bring additional kudos
to your event and provide sustenance for your guests and visitors.
Many years of experience within the hospitality and catering industry
in management, ownership and cookery from family restaurants to
